I'M ALEXIS
I am a 25 year old lover of health, wellness, and all things beauty.
While my specialty is face yoga, I also love acupuncture, red light therapy, and gua sha.
Some goals I am currently working towards:
Being able to serve/impact as many women as possible.
Help to heal the beauty industry's standards.
Continue to learn all the techniques to naturally increase collagen and elastin.
These are lifetime goals and I would love for you to join me on this journey!
MY STORY
So, I am one of those people that kinda went to college for no reason because I didn't end up using my degree. But I am perfectly okay with that because it led me to where I am today, doing something I love in an industry that needs a lot of healing. I somehow stumbled across face yoga while becoming obsessed with "anti-aging" beauty (a phrase that I have since removed from my vocabulary because aging is a privilege not everyone gets).
Long story short, I was in the fitness industry, working with a company where I did personal training. While that was a lot of fun, I began to fall in love with the aging process and how to slow down signs of aging (hence anti-aging). I started getting acupuncture treatments and I learned other holistic ways to increase elasticity and collagen in the face, like red light therapy, face yoga, and gua sha. I became obsessed with face yoga, following videos whenever I could. Then I came across The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method where I was able to become a certified teacher. Fast forward to today, where I am able to teach others how to make their skin glow and feel youthful at any age.
MY MISSION
My mission is simple: to teach face yoga to women of all ages and show them that we can feel glowy and youthful at
every age of our life.
